Great service from beginning to end... Same quality as way more expensive couches
Very clean modern looking couch that is comfortable and good for laying down on... In comparing this one to retail store couches costing 3 x's the empress.. Empress wins hands down in comfort quality and especially price... Delivery was insanely fast... As they have distribution centers so if u are in a major city expect within 2 days.. Also first couch had water damage stains from the warehouse.. Seal had torn etc... They turned it around with a new one within 24 hours... Hand inspected the 2nd one before shipping and re wrapped it... Excellent service at all stages... Will definitely order again...
