Never received the shipment!!

waited +2 weeks for the delivery, no joy. Finding out now I’ll get my money refund, but that doesn’t fix my office chair. I didn’t receive any reason why the part wasn’t delivered, but this horrible experience will create some satisfaction if my money is refunded…within 10 days!
